This effect is perfect for GLaDOS .A. omg, I love her with these glowing parts.

Note that you can manipulate with this effect easier if you load it first, before any other effects! If you will load it later, then Size changing might not work. But it's explained at the end how to solve it.

I hope it's clear enough, I'm tired .A.
