this doesnt seem to help my model , i do all as said in the tutorial.
but when i get to the part that moves my model up , or it doesnt move at all and when it does it's just gone.
when the model is gone , also no vertices remain  and i can't gat my model back.
can anyone help me out ?

At first, my model wasn't moving - but then I realized that when you enter "30.00" or "-30.00", you need to push the button at the top of the column. Then it will move your model up or down.
30 is a good distance up, so make sure to zoom out your PMD editor to see if the model is hanging up there, or if it really disappeared. If it really did disappear, then I'm not quite sure what happened o_o
If you follow all the steps, and you see no extra vertices hanging out below your model, then that means you may not have invisible vertices!

I didn't make the tutorial, but I'm just giving you my two cents, hopefully it'll help until TehPuroisen can help you out some more. :D

i found out what happend ... i saved the model already thats why the model disappears and the vertices dont stay  
my model will be converted to pmx to solve the problem in an other way :)

I'm following your directions, but it moves the invisible vertices WITH the model, instead of just the model. :/

ive followed the tutorial exactly and the shirt on my model will still glitch with physics on... what can i do?
